• What You Need to Know: 1. We recommend 8 inches of space between your fireplace & TV. 2. The Sideline pulls a max of 12 amps. 3. The fireplace includes a wall-mount bracket, if you don’t recess it. 4. You can install the Sideline in an existing fireplace opening. 5. You can use the Sideline with just the flame and no heat. 6. The heater will warm a cool room, but isn't a primary heat source. 7. The TV Mount must be secured to wooden studs, brick, or concrete-do not install in drywall only.
• Features: The Sideline features an unmatched, realistic flame effect, and includes faux-fire logs & crystals to create an authentic feel, as well as an IR remote to control flame color & intensity, the heater, and shut-off timer. Front facing heater vents allow you to position the Sideline just 8” under a TV. The low profile TV mount stays close to the wall, and features up to 10 degrees of tilt for an ideal viewing angle. The Sideline can be hardwired or plugged in to your electric source.
• Operation: This Sideline features WiFi connectivity for compatibility with smart home systems. Its heater is designed to warm up a chilly room or basement, and in warmer conditions, it can operate with just flames and no heat. It is equipped with a 6-foot power cord suitable for a 110-120V outlet and is also prepared for hard-wiring for in-wall installation. The unit has a maximum draw of 12 amps, making it suitable for use on a 15-amp circuit, although a 20-amp circuit might be needed based on the additional electronics sharing the same circuit.
• Appearance: The Sideline smart electric fireplace is designed for recessed in-wall mounting, and with a TV mounted above it, creates a cozy, relaxing space for family gatherings and entertaining. This electronic fireplace has realistic flames with a real fire look. The Sideline’s 5 flame settings radiate a soft ember glow up to an intense blaze. Control the heat and flame with the remote control. Designed to use one log or crystal, if you prefer you can mix both safely.
• Installation: The Sideline installs simply and can safely be attached to framing studs. We recommend a minimum of 8” of space between the top of the fireplace and your TV, mantel, picture, or ceiling. The Sideline is ventless, and can be installed in existing fireplace openings safely. Consult a licensed professional to ensure any gas lines and vents are secured properly. The TV Mount must be secured to wooden studs, brick, or concrete walls. Do not mount to drywall only.
